Ade and Irfan on the front desk are two that are worthy of mention, but all the restaurant and housekeeping staff I had interactions with were great too. My room was big with a great view, comfy bed, and good light.

very satisfied with the service provided by all staff especially Ms. Rizky and Mr. Doni. nice hotel, there is a swimming pool on the rooftop with a view of Medan city. the food is delicious, the room is also clean. for the first impression of staying, this is quite good.

Very nice hotel with extremely polite and helpful staff, spacious and clean room with a wonderful view, fully equipped bathroom and quality breakfast for every taste! Swimming pool at the terrace was a little cherry on top of the cake! Would undoubtedly recommend it.
